Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our designated fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
